Once you have done this, please click on the “Complete Your Training Form” Button to conclude the final step of your induction.

PLEASE NOTE
We are constantly evolving our service offering through the DTA and like all businesses we are not immune to rising operating costs.
As such, since recording the above video, a few things have changed so please review the below which supersedes the information stated in the video.
In the induction video, we reference an online folder where your videos will be held. This has now changed and videos will be shared with you via WhatsApp only (so please download this if you do not have it). We aim to send your training videos within 72 hours of your dogs attendance. Note as stated in the induction, we do not send a video after every visit, we will send videos as we progress at the DTA and in line with your progress at home.
Your trial days are discounted, we used to do this by providing you with a code to use. This was a little cumbersome, so now, on the email you receive (following completion on the induction and our review), there will be a simple link to book each of your trial days.
OPENING HOURS – We no longer open DTA on a Wednesday (we can support you with 1:1’s and other services on this day) – so DTA is now open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week excluding bank holidays and our personal holidays.
We no longer offer the 10 day block book option.
Once you have completed the training form, we will review it and contact you via email with the next steps for booking your trial days, we aim to do this within 5 working days but during busy periods this may be delayed.
