Lead Walking, one of those skills we often yearn to master with our four legged friends!
So to help you, I have created a specific Loose Lead Walking Workshop to give you all the skills and knowledge possible to achieve that relaxed arm dog walk!
The workshop will take place over two days, a week apart and will suit dogs aged 6 months and older.
The first is a Theory session which you will attend without your dog. This will be held in the Training Barn. It will help you understand why pulling on the lead occurs and give you the foundation exercises to take away and practice before returning a week later for the main practical workshop!
The practical workshop will take place outdoors and include opportunities to work with your dog alone and also as part of a group.
If your dog struggles around other dogs/people including barking, lunging, jumping etc - you can still book a handler place! additional support measures will be implemented on the practical session for you.
sometimes trying to learn whilst handling your dog can be a challenge, so there will also be spectator slots available. You will join us for both the sessions listening the theory, watching the practical exercises and take part in the Q&A!
Theory Workshop Saturday 16th October 10:00 - 12:00
Practical Workshop Saturday 23rd October 10:00 - 16:00
Please note only one person can attend per booking.
