Training Venue

Great Paws will now be delivering 1-2-1 consults, classes, and workshops from its new training facility based in the heart of Darlington from September 2022.

Situated on a small industrial estate, the Great Paws Training Venue is almost 9000 sq ft of specialised training space. Including a 2500 sq ft training floor, specialist training shop, outdoor enrichment area and day train facilities.

LOCATION & ACCESS

The Great Paws Training Venue is located at the following addresS:

Great Paws is searchable on Google Maps.

On the approach to the venue, you will have to cross a freight railway line. This is gated and these should be closed.

PLEASE STOP AT THE STOP SIGN.

THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR VEHICLE IS CLEAR OF THE GATES.

Close to the stop board are the green push buttons to operate the powered gates and an instructional sign.

Follow the instructions on the sign located by the push buttons before using the crossing.

IMPORTANT!

When the gates have opened before you commence you must always check that the Green light is displayed before moving over the crossing.

NB* If the gates are opening and the warning light turns Red for an approaching train please close the gates by pressing the green button again and re-open once the warning light turns Green. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS!!

Once you have crossed over you MUST THEN CLOSE THE GATES,

The gates are monitored by CCTV for safety and lawful use of the crossing. These cameras are accessed by the British Transport Police also.

The training venue is located on a small industrial estate, as such other vehicles will be onsite. You must ensure your dog is on lead at all times and does not interact with the other people, businesses, property or vehicles.
